History and Philosophy

BIG KOMZY SOLUTIONS is an indigenous service -oriented company registered under Company and Allied Matter Act 2014 as a private Limited Liability Company

BIG KOMZY SOLUTIONS began as a general works contractor in 2015. Over the year, the company has undertaken many challenging projects and accumulated skills, know-how experiences in design and building solutions, project management services, road and building projects and related engineering works.

Today, BIG KOMZY SOLUTIONS takes on the role of main contractor for small to medium sized projects and performs project management services to coordinate specialist trades for industrial/commercial projects. We also lease equipment and provide design inputs and engineering solutions as value-add services to our clients

BIG KOMZY SOLUTIONS has extensive experience across a wide variety of sustainable projects, enabling us to create a detailed databank of cost-effective materials, processes and suppliers to assist our clients. From our experience, the costs associated with these projects can be contained to a level comparable to traditionally constructed buildings.

MANAGEMENT TEAM

The business is driven by our 3 directors. They are involved in the business development, procurement, project management and administration of the company. The management team proactively gathers feedback, identifies changes in the business environment, reviews work processes and communicates key learning points and company policy to all staff at regular meetings.

OUR PEOPLE

Our people are crucial in the delivery of our services and solution to our clients. In order to ensure that everyone is equipped with the right skill, knowledge and attitude, a comprehensive training programme is put in place to constantly upgrade our people in technical and management skills.

We believe firmly in providing the right training, accredited certification and practical knowledge for our people, in order for them to execute their duties and responsibilities confidently. Our aim is to stay relevant to the ever-changing market place and client’s requirement.

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

In recent years, the federal government of Nigeria has shown keen interest in the protection/preservation of the environment. Consequently, the federal government directed monthly environmental sanitation exercise, which is a nation-wide exercise, aimed at ensuring a clean and healthy environment for the citizenry.

We are similarly committed to ensuring a clean and healthy environment especially in the course of work. Environmental sanitation programmes are taken seriously in our company. Physical factors concerning the environment do influence health at work. These factors include lighting, ventilation, humidity and effect of temperature extremes. Serious effort is geared towards minimization of dust released during the course of work, method of use and disposal of injurious chemical are structured and well monitored. Efforts are being made towards reducing noise and fumes generated during operations. Every employee is expected to live in a health and environmentally acceptable atmosphere both at home and on site.

SECURITY POLICY

The security of all employees, equipment and property is of utmost importance to our company. Staff movement log books are kept on all our sites and updated regulary to check workers movement and ensure their safety and security. All employees are provided with company identity cards and the clients own (where necessary).
